My client is a first-time charterer, and Captain Justin was excellent in ensuring he dedicated enough time to answer all his questions and put him at ease. Justin went over and above to source additional water toys and organise a PADI diving certification for the guests, adjusting the itinerary at the last minute to accommodate this request. Nothing was too much trouble. Justin was excellent in communicating and took the time to keep me informed throughout the charter which I appreciated for this first experience. Chef Jamall was also excellent, he created varied, tasty, and healthy menus and my client was delighted with the level of cuisine and service he received onboard. My client left a nice gratuity and, in his words, “All the crew have been fantastic!!!“
